Match Report: Donegal GAA Minor Hurling:

The Minor hurlers of Dún na nGall welcomed near neighbours Tír Eoghain to Convoy on Wednesday night in a top of the table clash in the Ulster Development League. The home side came out of the traps with intent and were 3 points up within minutes with points from Corey Sheridan (2) and Devyn McColgan. The visitors hit back, but minor captain steadied the side with a few points from play, including one from out around midfield. The first half finished 1-13 to 0-3. Corey Sheridan claimed the 3 pointer for Dún na nGall. Tyrone outscored the home side with 4 quick fire points but Aodh Rua’s Johnny Lin scored 1-1 to settle things down. A further 3 pointer from Eoin McDaid put the game to bed, Dún na nGall emptied their bench and finished out the game with a few more points from top scorer, Corey Sheridan, who finished with a personal tally of 1-13. Next up is a Celtic Challenge game v Sligo in Convoy at 12.00 on Saturday.

Final Score:

Dun na nGall 3-18
Tír Eoghain 1-10
