A pilot project has been launched between the GAA and ALONE, a national charity that supports older people to age at home.
A regional information evening will be hosted by CLG Baile na nGallóglach, on Friday 28th April in The Mulroy Woods Hotel, Milford at 7 p.m.
Why not come along to hear about ALONE. Learn about the supports and services they offer to those 60+ and what you can do to support local older members of our community.
The vision of ALONE, is an Ireland where older people can age happily and securely at home are are strongly connected to their community. Where better to encourage this than through our GAA clubs.
