A Foundation Coaching Course in Handball will be held in Ballybofey this Wednesday, December 7th, from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

The course will be suitable for any GAA Club (not just the GAA Handball Clubs) looking for ideas on how to start up Handball (via 1-Wall Handball) themselves for their members. It covers the basic elements of coaching shot technique but will also have a large emphasis on coaching fun sessions to large group sizes of various ages.
