The Bank of Ireland Dr McKenna Cup draw and launch will take place on Tuesday 13th December at 6.30pm in the Glenavon House Hotel, 52 Drum Rd, Cookstown, Co Tyrone, BT80 8QS.

Format
- All nine Ulster counties will participate in the 2023 Bank of Ireland Dr McKenna Cup in 3 groups of 3 teams.
- Each county will have one home game and one away game.
- The counties who finish top of their section will progress to the semi finals, alongside the best placed runner up.
- The venues for semi finals and final will be determined by Comhairle Uladh CCC.
