Red Hughs v Burt became the first adult championship game in Donegal to be settled by penalties with the teams tied after extra time on Saturday afternoon in Killygordon. Both teams scored 4/5 in the first set of penalties with Burt winning out at start of the sudden death stage. On Sunday, the Naomh Colncille v Naomh Bríd/Pettigo game also went to penalities in Páirc Naomh Cholmcille and this time the home team won out, 9-8. Carndonagh and Robert Emmets also won on Saturday afternoon.

Both games are scheduled for next Saturday at 1.00 pm
