The Donegal under 20s kick off their Ulster Championship campaign against Fermanagh tomorrow night in Brewster Park. Manager Gary McDaid is confident Donegal have a strong and highly committed squad that will give their all tomorrow evening. Donegal will miss Oisin Gallen, who is with the senior Donegal squad while Fermanagh have been boosted by the return of their senior stars Ultan Kelm and Johnny Cassidy. Fermanagh have the advantage of home venue although Donegal u20s did get a run-out at Brewster Park against Tyrone in the Jim McGuigan Cup. Throw-in is at 8.00 pm and all support for these young men is appreciated.
Victory for Donegal will see them play the winners of Derry v Armagh next weekend. All four quarter-finals are being played tomorrow night – Down eliminated Antrim in the preliminary round in Clones last Sunday in the curtain-raiser for the Ulster final and play Tyrone, while Cavan take on Monaghan.
