Comhghairdeas to Na Ceithre Maistrí who won both the A and the B Southern minor board trophies at the regional finals last night. Ard an Ratha provided the opposition in both games.
Four Masters won comfortably in the B match but the A game was very tight 3-09 to 2-09. Both teams were excellent on the night with every player playing their part in see-saw final. Four Masters were well on top early on and led by 10 points at half time – 2-6 to 0-2. Ard an Ratha came back strongly in the second half but ran out of time to fully close the leath amá gap. It was a relieved but jubilant Four Masters at the final whistle.
The U12 County Finals Day is scheduled for a venue in Inishowen on July 6th.
