Donegal pipped Armagh 1-9 to 0.11 in wet and windy Ballybofey last night to move above Kildare to third place in Roinn 2 of the Allianz National League. Michael Murphy came off the bench to hit 1-2 from play in a Man of the Match performance while Michael Langan converted six frees. They are now level on six points with Fermanagh and Meath, who both have home games today, but have an inferior points differential. Clare travel to Enniskillen seeking a win to move them clear of the relegation dogfight, while a win for Kildare in Navan will put the Lilywhites in strong contention for promotion back to Roinn 1.
