Glenswilly GAA Club Notes

By Sinéad Breen Donegal PRO Thu 22nd Oct

Super Reserves march on!

They showed character, guts and no shortage of football.
Aidy Glackin’s senior reserves showed why Glenswilly GAA Club has so
much to offer the community and the county.
Despite facing a very talented Ardara side at MacCumhaill Park on
Sunday, the lads showed how much this title meant to them.
Even when it looked like their opponents were about to get the upper
hand, the lads dug in even deeper.
Every man to a man played his part on and off the field.
Take a bow lads – you’ve written another great chapter in the history
of our wee club!

U13 girls make it a super Sunday!

Hours before the reserves did the business, the Under 13 girls faced
their own big test in their final against Four Masters in Donegal
Town. Although ladies football at the club is still at a relatively
early stage, the future looks bright. Although there is no questioning
the talent on the field, praise too must go to the wonderful
management team. Congrats girls and the very best for the future.
