The minor team suffered a one point defeat in the Inishowen final against Moville in Foden on Friday night with the scoreline Moville 2-08 Malin 0-13. The teams were level at half time at 0-06 to 0-06 but two goals early in the second half put Moville ahead and despite getting back to a point and dominating possesion for the rest of the half the team just couldn’t get the scores on the board.
