STARS IN THEIR EYES FUNDRAISER
Our ‘Stars in Their Eyes’ Fundraiser is now less than 2 weeks away, with the event taking place in Bannigans Bar, Main Street, Lifford on Saturday the 21st of March at 9PM. On the night we have country legends Garth Brooks and Kenny Rogers performing, as well as Neil Diamond and modern day chart toppers CeeLo Green, Megan Trainor and Katy Perry. We also have ol’ blue eyes himself, Frank Sinatra, as well as Alannah Myles of ‘Black Velvet’ fame, with one or two additional acts still to be confirmed before the big night. While we can promises nothing as regards the quality of the singing on the night, we can guarantee a great night’s fun and some brilliant entertainment.
Tickets for the event are now on sale now at a cost of €5. Tickets can be obtained from Club Members John McDermott (0872106832), Megan McNulty (0863943127), Christine Marley (0868964163), Orla McGhee (0867300218) and Caroline McBride. Tickets can also be purchased from Bannigans Bar directly. Please note that tickets for the event are selling fast so be sure to get yours while they are still available.
In next week’s Club Notes, we will be revealing the true identities of those brave souls taking to the stage on the night.
We hope to see you all there.
