St. Michael’s Notes

All Ireland Tickets Draw

The club is having a draw for 2 All Ireland Final tickets
there is lines for sale in all local businesses in Dunfanaghy & Creeslough at €5 or 5 for €20. Draw takes place on Friday eve 19th Sept in the clubhouse.

CLG Training Fund Draw

Tickets are currently on sale for the Donegal Team Training Fund Draw, 1st prize is €1000, 2nd Prize €500, 3rd Prize €250, 4th Prize 250 and 5th prize Two All Ireland Football Final Tickets. Tickets are €5 or €10 per book of three and they are on sale locally.


The reserves are playing Termon in Termon on this Sunday the 14th at 1.30pm.


The €150 on the Snowball game at the Bingo session in Dunfanaghy on Sunday night last was shared by James Hayes Dunfanaghy and Kathleen Coyle Ballyboes. This weeks Jackpot will be €1640.

Patrons please note that this months 50 Club draw will be held at the Bingo session in the Ozanam Community Centre in Dunfanaghy on this Sunday night the 14th September.


There was no Jackpot winner in the St. Michael’s Mini Lotto on Sunday night Sunday last; The Numbers drawn were 4,5,7,11,13,15; the Match 5 was Yvonne McGarvey Dublin who won €100. This weeks jackpot will be €6500.Club Gear

Lotto Rota

The St. Michael’s Lotto Rota for the next two weeks is as follows: 13th September Dunfanaghy Eamon McGinly and Ciaran Gallagher, Creeslough Raymond McLaughlin and Lee Carr. 20th September Dunfanaghy Hugh O’Donnell and Martin McGarvey, Creeslough Dominic Carr and Francie Brennan. Anyone who is unable to carry out this very important job for the club is asked to get a replacement on the night.

Clubhouse Key

There is a Key for the Clubhouse in the Dunfanaghy Post Office during weekdays if required but anyone borrowing it must return the key to the Post Office.

St. Michaels Minor Board

Training has now ceased for the season.


The under 13’s played Gweeore last Wednesday evening and lost.

Under 16’s

St Michaels played at home to Gweedore at the bridge last Monday evening. The home team went into an early lead of three points and battled hard to secure a win by one point.
