The senior and reserve teams had no league fixture this weekend.
Both teams are scheduled to have home fixtures against Burt on Friday
and at Urris on Sunday. Fixtures/times etc to be confirmed during the week.
The minors took on Letterkenny Gaels at Pairc Colmcille on Monday evening.
The visitors wiped out a five point interval deficit to snatch an equalising score deep into injury time.
Oran Hilley got the opening score of the match for the home side early on,
and this was added to by Daniel Clarke before the Gaels got their first score from a free.
An effort from Oisin Hassett came back off the upright but Conor Matthewson pointed in the follow-up action. Daniel Clarke and a free from Oran Hilley increased
the Naomh Colmcille score before the visitors scored another
pointed free to leave the score 0-5 to 0-2 in favour of Naomh Colmcille after 20 minutes.
Jason Quinn then got two points, the first after a number of players were involved
in working possession into a scoring opportunity.
The visitors added their third point before Daniel Clarke
completed the first half scoring in injury time to leave the score at
the interval Naomh Colmcille 0-8 0-3 Letterkenny Gaels.
The second half was incident packed with each side receiving a black card
and being awarded a penalty. Stephen Gallagher opened the second
half scoring before the visitors found the net from the penalty spot.
A pointed free from Oran Hilley was quickly cancelled by a
similar score for the Gaels, before Oran Hilley found the net from a penalty mid-way through the half. Ryan Cole set up Philip Doran to put Naomh Colmcille further in front,
followed by another pointed free from Daniel Clarke in the 22nd minute.
However that was to be the home side’s last score of the match.
Letterkenny Gaels added on 1-3 in the 8 minutes of normal time remaining,
and 0-2 in stoppage time, the equalising score coming with virtually the last kick of the match.
Final score Naomh Colmcille 1-12 2-9 Letterkenny Gaels.

and took on Glenfin on Wednesday evening at Pairc Colmcille
in the scheduled First Division league quarter final.
The lads came out on top by the narrowest of margins at the full time whistle.
Naomh Colmcille 0-11 1-7 Glenfin.

a playoff against Letterkenny Gaels to determine the first and second positions in the league table.
This play off is scheduled to take place at MacCumhaill Park at 1:00 pm on Wednesday.
