The Ulster minor league has a new format the full details of which can be found in the booklet.
Format of Ulster Minor League
All nine Ulster counties and Sligeach will participate in the 2023 Ulster MFL (Jim McGuigan Cup) Teams will be drawn into Two groups of 5 teams. Draws will be made by Ulster CCC in early 2023.
- Each team will play the other teams in their section once.
- The top team in each group will play in the final.
- The Ulster GAA Football Minor League will be played during the months of February, March and April.
