A.G.M.

Due to unforeseen circumstances the Senior and Ladies Board A.G.M. which were scheduled for last Sunday had to be cancelled at the last minute. They will be rescheduled to take place in the near future. We would like to take this opportunity to wish club Chairman Danny O’Donnell a speedy recovery.

Minor Board in association with ESB Networks

Thanks to everyone who attended our Minor Board AGM in An Craoibhin on Sunday last. After a very successful year it was only appropriate that we had successful AGM with the largest turnout ever to attend any such meeting. The following officers were elected to serve in 2015: Chairman – Eddie Harkin; Secretary – Bernard Gallagher; Treasurer – Joe O’Connell; Registrar – Sara Harkin; Child Protection Officer – Maeve Sweeney; P.R.O. – Maurice Downey; Social Media Officer – Grace Ann McGarvey; First Aid Officer – Don Gallagher; Coaching Officer – Paddy McMenamin.

Coaches: U6 – Paul Gallagher, Conall McGettigan and Aidan McGrenra; U8 – Jim Bonner, Eddie Harkin, John Conaghan, Gavin Gorman and Liam Cunningham; U10 – David Brady; U12 Paddy McMenamin and Eddie Harkin; U13 & U14 – Paddy Gallagher, PJ McFadden, Andy McFadden and James Cassidy; U15 & U16 – Paul Doherty and PJ McFadden; Minor – T.B.C. Thanks to Brian Trearty for all his hard work and time which he gave to the role of Coaching Officer for the past 4 years with the huge increase in the numbers attending our Cul Camp being a worthy reflection of this. We wish all those who have volunteered to work on behalf of the young boys and girls who play gaelic football for C.L.G. An Tearmann a very successful and enjoyable year.

Anyone who wishes to attend the Child Protection and Foundation Coaching Course which is being held in Glenswilly on Friday Jan 30th (evening) and Sat Jan 31st should contact Coaching officer Paddy McMenamin on 087 2175234.
