After Donegal’s draw with Kerry yesterday coupled alongside Mayo’s defeat of Meath the Round 3 Super 8 game in Castlebar will be the most closely watched of the four ties. A win for either team will see them through to the All-Ireland semi-final, although a draw will suffice for Donegal.
Tickets have been on sale online since last Thursday and after yesterday’s results they are selling fast so get in now and get to Castlebar on Aug 3rd. Donegal need your support and together we can progress to a Croke Park date with either Dublin or Tyrone. Tickets are available on the Donegal website.
The game between Kerry and Meath will have a bearing on the out-turn only if Kerry lose but Meath are now out of the contention, a big advantage for the Kingdom. In the other Group both games are essentially dead rubbers – Tyrone and Dublin slog it out in Omagh for first and second place – both are already qualified – while Cork and Roscommon have only pride on the line.
