Our seniors drew 0-14 to 1-11 in their top of the table clash with St Michaels on Sunday both teams were without their county players and along with injury’s we were short 9 first team players but overall a draw was a fair result in a very entertaining match with some great scores from both teams, our scorers were Stephen McBrearty 0-05, Conor Doherty 0-03, Mark Sweeney 0-02, Andrew McClean 0-02, Michael Hegarty 0-01, Declan Gallagher 0-01 while an understrength reserves side were defeated 2-13 to 0-08 next league match is away to St Michaels on Sunday week.
Underage
Our Under 14s are home to Naomh Brid tonight, Monday at 6:30pm and they are away to Naomh Ultan next Monday (to be confirmed), our under 12s host Na Rossa on Wednesday evening at 6:30 in Towney, our Under 8s took part in a blitz in Fintra last Saturday and enjoyable day was had by all.
Armagh v Donegal
Tickets for the Ulster Championship match away to Armagh will be given out in Towney from 7-8 on Thursday, best of luck to the Donegal team and the players from the club in this match.
