U14 GIRLS: Well Done to our U14 girls who are through to the U14 B County Final. Our girls beat N. Columba in Straid on Friday evening -final score Iorras 3-12 N. Columba 3-03. Well done to John Farren and all who help out with this team. They will meet Milford in Final, date and venue to be confirmed .

CLUB MEETING: Club meeting on Wednesday night at 8.30pm. All welcome.

MATCH “N” WIN: Match “N” Win July 3rd: No jackpot winner-numbers drawn: 14, 18, 19 & 23. €15 winners: Rita Mc Carthy, C/o Bayside Caravans, Tullagh, Anne Devlin, Altahalla, Josephine Diver, Tullagh, Maureen Grant, Tornabratley and Rose Doherty, Isle of Doagh.
Jackpot next week €1,780. Thanks to all our lotto sellers and to all who support this weekly draw.

SENIOR & RESERVES: Both teams travelled to Killygordon on Saturday night in the Junior A & B Championship, no luck for either teams. Full time score in Junior A- Red Hugh’s 0-11 Iorras 0-09. Junior B Championship Red Hugh’s 1-12 Iorras 1-05. Next round of the championship home to N. Ultain in Straid next weekend. Training continues for both teams on Tuesday & Thursday night.

LADIES FOOTBALL: The ladies travelled to Kilcar last Monday night and lost to the home side, Kilcar 4-15 Urris 5-03. Training for our Ladies changed to Wednesday night at 7.30pm.

Kellogg’s GAA Cul Camp: Another successful GAA Cul Camp held in Straid last week, over a 120 boys & girls took part and a great time was had by all. A big thank you to all the girls & boys, coaches , Darragh O’ Connor from the Donegal GAA squad and all who helped out in any way to make the week the great success it was.

UNDER-AGE FIXTURES: U12 team away to Moville on Tuesday evening, bus leaving clubhouse at 5.30pm. U10 team home to Moville on Tuesday evening also at 6.30pm. U10 girls away to Malin on Saturday morning at 11.00 am.

NIGHT AT THE RACES: The club are hosting a Race Night on Friday August 1st in the Square Bar, Clonmany. Horses now on sale at €10 from all Committee members and both Ladies & men’s team.

BOOT EXCHANGE SCHEME: for Under-age players now up and running: In these times of financial constraints on families the club has introduced this exchange programme-old football boots in good condition that children have out grown can be dropped in or exchanged for a bigger/smaller pair as required. A minimum donation of €5 to the club for the boots that are taken away. Please contact Nichola Lagan on 0866030736 for further information . All boots can be dropped off in the cage at all Under-age training/matches.
