In Group D of the u15 hurling Hibernian Cup, played at Fr Tierney Park, Donegal came from 9 points down after a poor first half against Roscommon to grab a draw. Having had comprehensive victories against Tyrone and Mayo in the earlier rounds Donegal struggled with the Roscommon intensity from the start. However in a determined second half Donegal dominated, briefly taking the lead only for Roscommon to shoot a point in injury time. Final score Donegal 4.13 Roscommon 5.10
At the same time the Donegal u14 hurlers playing in Group G of the u15 Hibernian cup maintained their 100% record with a comprehensive 6.17 to 2.7 win over a brave Fermanagh side.
Both Donegal teams head in fine form into the playoffs on the 10th of August.
