Cork stars Conor Lehane and Alan Cadogan are coming to Letterkenny on 13th June for Centra’s community hurling event

This year, Centra celebrates its sixth year as sponsor of the GAA Hurling All-Ireland Senior Championship. Throughout the summer, Ireland’s largest convenience retailer is bringing together hurling’s ‘Champions of Healthy Living’ through twelve community hurling events taking place all over the country. The events, which have returned for a fourth year, will see some of the country’s finest inter-county hurling stars travel the length and breadth of Ireland to give heathy eating and training tips to the next generation of hurling stars.

On Saturday 13th June, the third of twelve community events will be hosted in Letterkenny with two of the country’s biggest hurling stars, Conor Lehane and Alan Cadogan, on hand to give budding hurlers from local clubs the chance to learn from the best and develop their game.

Centra will bring the whole community together as local families enjoy a fun-filled day out! There will be special hurling skills session for the kids, lots of family entertainment including face-painting, a hurling simulator, a delicious BBQ and music from Highland Radio.
