There were two games played in Division 1 last night with St Eunan’s picking up two league points against St Michaels, moving them into third place, above Gaoth Dobhair, in the table but with two extra games played. MacCumhaills improved their chances of staying in Division 1 with an important victory in Páirc Naomh Columba, denying Glenswilly a chance to drag themselves clear of what is developing into a battle that could see any of the six bottom teams making the plunge to Division 2.

St Michaels 1-14   St Eunan’s 2-14

Glenswilly   1-14  Sean MacCumhaills 3-15
