Aodh Ruadh BAS                                   3-11

An Clochán Liath                                 2-12

In a cracking game played at the Setanta club hurling grounds, Aodh Ruadh Beal Átha Seanaigh met An Clochán Liath in the B Hurling League Final. Dungloe started well scoring a goal and a point immediately. With the lads from the Rosses on top, it initially looked like it was going to be a difficult afternoon for the Ernesiders. Dungloe spurned some great goal opportunities with the Aodh Ruadh keeper pulling off a brace of fine saves. Aodh Ruadh began to get to the pace of the game reeling off a series of fine points and coming into half time had chances to level only for Dungloe to score another goal.

Six points behind at the break a different Aodh Ruadh team entered the field for the second half. Hurling with great skill and determination they quickly scored three goals with Aaron Cullen among others to the fore. Dungloe fought back hard with James Harnett everywhere. The margin was cut several times to the minimium but Aodh Ruadh had the momentum and held out for a fine two-point win.
