This Sunday the 6th of April 2025, the GAA Ulster SFC First Round tie (Donegal V Derry) will take place in MacCumhaill Park, Ballybofey. Throw-in is at 2pm.
Please expect traffic delays both before and after the match. While we endeavour to assist traffic movement as much as possible, the large numbers attending will result in unavoidable delays. Adding additional time for your journey is advisable.
Parking will be available in several car parks around the town. Please utilise these areas fully. We ask all persons attending the game to please park responsibly. Do not park in a manner that causes obstruction to footpaths, private entrances or that obstructs the free flow of traffic. Any vehicles found to be causing an obstruction will be subject to fixed charge notices as necessary and may be towed. This is to ensure a free flow of traffic for everyone pre and post match.
This is a ticket only event. Only match ticket holders will be permitted entry to the ground. Also please note that no alcohol is permitted inside the ground, any alcohol found inside the ground will be subject to confiscation.
Only vehicles authorised by Donegal GAA will be permitted access to car park at Mac Cumhaill Park main entrance. Limited parking for Blue Badge holders is available at car park at stand entrance (behind Villa Rose hotel). Vehicle access to this car park is via Back Road at Jackson’s Hotel. Once this area is full there will be no vehicle access to this area. There is limited disabled parking availability on the Main Street and in car parks in the vicinity of the grounds.
