Through partnering with the Donegal Town Community Chamber, Donegal County Council and Fáilte Ireland, Donegal GAA crafted bespoke tours for the other halves of the delegates attending Congress.
Group 1 started with a Guided tour of Donegal Castle, followed by tea and treats from McBrew Donegal and a visit to Triona Design for a weaving demonstration.
Group 2 started with a visit to Magee 1866 and a weaving demonstration, followed by tea and treats kindly donated by McBrew Donegal and a guided tour of Donegal Castle.
Both groups then enjoyed a beautiful lunch in The Harbour Restaurant & Bar. They also fitted in some retail therapy in the many fabulous shops which Donegal Town boasts. We are hugely grateful to our partners for their support and the resources they provided, without which We couldn’t have managed.
