Donegal and Louth last played each other in 2020 when Donegal scored in the last minute of a keenly contested Div 3A Allianz National Hurling League game, to win narrowly on a score line of Louth 1-10 and Donegal 2-09. Danny Cullen scored the goal and the victory helped Donegal qualify for the 2020 National Hurling League 3A Final, which they won and gained promotion to Division 2B of the Allianz National Hurling League.
This Saturday, they will become reacquainted when they throw in at 3.00 p.m. in O’Donnell Park. Who will come out victorious? Will Mickey McCann and his men continue on their winning streak or will Louth to avenge their previous defeat.
Donegal is ready for Round 4 of the Nickey Rackard Cup!
