Donegal senior hurlers head for Carrick-on-Shannon tomorrow looking for their second trophy of the year when they take on Meath in the Roinn 2B Allianz League final. Throw-in at Avant Money Páirc Sean MacDiarmada is 2.00 and both counties have named strengthened squads for the game.
Donegal welcome back the experience of Declan Coulter, Danny Cullen and Stephen Gillespie. All three players are named on the bench as Mickey McCann keeps faith with a youthful starting line-up that has performed above expectations this year – winning the Conor McGurk Cup and comfortably maintaining the County’s Division 2B status.
Meath, who cruised through the league unbeaten, having also recalled experienced players with seven personnel changes from the side that beat London in their Round 5 league game.
