Donegal hurlers’ strong finish in O’Donnell Park last Sunday saw them edge ahead of Tyrone in Allianz League Roinn 2B and into third place, earning themselves a semi-final meeting with Wicklow in Aughrim next Sunday afternoon, March 26th.
The two sides have already met this month in Letterkenny when the home side probably gave their only poor display this year as the Garden County ran out comfortable winners. Donegal, however, will be hoping to emulate their performance last year when they came out of Echelon Park with both Allianz league points. The prize is a place in the Roinn 2B final against unbeaten Meath.
