The HSE is offering people the chance to get vaccinated this weekend at the Donegal V Galway game in Letterkenny. Donegal COVID-19 Vaccination Team will have their mobile vaccination unit outside O’Donnell Park, Letterkenny, Co. Donegal from 11.30am to 2.30pm on Sunday next February 26th. Those attending the Round 4 of the Allianz Football League Division 1 game or those wishing to travel to Letterkenny can avail of primary and booster doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.
The vaccine is available to those aged 12 years and over with those aged 12 to 16 years needing to be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Those wishing to avail of the vaccine are asked to bring photographic ID with them. Currently there are high levels of respiratory viruses, including COVID-19, in circulation in the community. Therefore it’s important that all eligible people avail of COVID-19 booster to protect themselves and those around them from serious COVID-19 illness.
