Prior to the Dr McKenna Cup game last night the Donegal’s press corps made a presentation to John McEniff, the PRO from 2019 to 2022.
On behalf of the assembled journalists, Peter Campbell thanked him for his work promoting the GAA in the county and marked the occasion of his departure with a specially commissioned photograph by Thomas Gallagher of the Surfer’s Arch in John’s native Bundoran (see below). As well as the press attending the game, the cover picture also includes the 2023 PRO Fiona Shiels and Chairperson Fergus McGee.
