The draw for the 2023 McKenna Cup, attended by Manager Paddy Carr and player representative Caolan McGonigle sees Donegal drawn in the same group as Monaghan and Down.
The format is:
Bank of Ireland Dr McKenna Cup
Round 1 Wednesday 04 January
Round 2 Sunday 08 January
Round 3 Wednesday 11 January
Semi Finals Sunday 15 January
Final Saturday 21 January
Format
- All nine Ulster counties will participate in the 2023 Bank of Ireland Dr McKenna Cup in 3 groups of 3 teams.
- Each county will have one home game and one away game.
- The counties who finish top of their section will progress to the semi finals, alongside the best placed runner up.
- The venues for semi finals and final will be determined by Comhairle Uladh CCC.
