Donegal minor footballers and senior hurlers effectively face championship quarterfinals and semi-finals, respectively, tomorrow although neither game is officially classified as such.
The minors face Monaghan in Clones in Qualifiers Round 3 on Saturday at 3 pm. The winners progressing to an Electric Ireland Ulster Championship semi-final date with Tyrone, while the season ends for the losers.
Half-an hour later at 3.30 pm in Páirc Colmcille, Carrickmore, Referee James Judge will throw in the sliothar in Donegal hurlers Round 5 league match in the Nicky Rackard Cup. If Donegal avoid defeat they will play Roscommon in the Nicky Rackard Cup final the following Saturday May 21st in Croke Park. If they lose Tyrone take their place. Earlier on Saturday, at 12:30 in Ballyconnell, Donegal minor hurlers also face either elimination or another big day out. Their Celtic Challenge u-17 squad face Kildare in the Tom Hogan Cup.

Tickets are priced at €10 for adults for both games. It is €3 for juveniles (u-16s) for the football. Juveniles are free for the hurling.
