Eunans soon levelled the scores at 0-5 each and each time MacCumhaills pulled ahead the Letterkenny side responded. Going into the last ten minutes with MacCumhaills a point ahead Eunans got the decisive goal and held firm to win the first Adult club championship of the year on scoreline of St Eunans 1-10 Sean MacCumhaill 0-9
