Termon won all five of their games en route to their Division 1 minor championship final with Gaoth Dobhair tomorrow night in Convoy. An Tearmainn commenced with a home game against Red Hughs, winning comfortably by 1-10 to 0-6. Next to Fr Tierney Park where they again won well beating Aodh Ruadh Beal Átha Seanaigh by 5-10 to 3-5. They ended their group campaign with a tough away tie in Davy Brennan Memorial Park against a Naomh Conaill side that had convincingly won both their previous games – Termon prevailed on 2-12 to 1-10 scoreline.
Ard an Ratha failed to provide a strong test in the quarterfinal with Termon winning very comfortably but Naomh Ádhamhnáin proved a much sterner test in the semi-final, goals proving vital as An Tearmáinn emerged with a 2-6 to 0-9 victory. The team as per programme for is shown below:
