Declan Bonner’s term as Donegal manager runs for three years, two of which he has now served, subject to annual reviews. Declan spoke to County Committee yesterday evening, after it was ratified that he would serve his third year. He confirmed the backroom staff and players had all committed to CLG Dhún na nGall for 2020.
Declan was also offered the option of extending has contract for a fourth year, a move which was backed unanimously by County Delegates.
There was also a call to clubs to submit nominations for u-16 and u-17 managers for 2020. The u-20 manager Gary McDaid has not yet had his annual review.
