CLG Dhún na nGall faoi-16s have won all four of their league games in the Buncrana Cup to date but will not underestimate the challenge of Derry. The Oak Leaf county have a long tradition of strong underage teams and they won the under-15s quite comfortably last year.
Donegal, however, have an excellent record in this competition and are of course the current holders of the Buncrana Cup – the Rory Kavanagh-managed side winning it in 2018. While Luke Barrett’s squad will face a tough encounter with Derry they have been very impressive to date rising to meet all challenges faced.
