Letterkenny Gaels Club Notes.
After a break of two weeks our senior lads are back in action again when they welcome Buncrana to Pairc na nGael on Sunday. Throw in is at 3pm. All support welcome. The reserves have no game.
The U-16 lads season came to an end on Monday evening when they were defeated by a strong Mac Cumhaills side in the Northern Board semi-final. Well done lads on a great season.
U-16 girls training continues from 6-7pm on Tuesday and from 7-8pm on Fridays.
The U-13 footballers recorded a good win over Lifford on Sunday morning. The lads have no game this week and are due to play Urris the following week. Training continues every Wednesday & Friday at 6.30pm at the pitch. New members always welcome.
Camogie training resumes on Friday 6th November at the LYIT Sports Hall from 6 – 6.45pm. Contact 086 8163505 for information.
Indoor football for the underage team starts on Friday 6th November at the Aura from 7.30 – 8.30pm. Contact 087 2282386 for information.
Rehearsals for ‘Widows Paradise’ is continuing and the anticipation is building for the Paddy O’Connor produced comedy which will be staged at the club house from 21st-25th of October.
Tickets for the GAA National Draw will be on sale soon. This is a great way of raising much needed funds for the club. Tickets will be available from club members.
Camogie training has now finished at the pitch for the season but will resume indoors in the coming weeks. Please see Facebook for dates and times.
