St. Michael’s Notes
Championship
Well done to the Senior team who beat Malin on a scoreline of St. Michael’s 3-15 Malin 1-5. The St. Michael’s scorers were: Andrew Kelly 2-3, Colm McFadden 0-3, Ciaran Gallagher 1-0, Michael Langan 0-2, and Mark Anthony McGinley, Liam Paul Ferry, Martin McElhinney, Brian McLaughlin, Michael Cannon, Lee Carr, Chris McElhinney 0-1 each.
The Reserves were unfortunate to be defeated on a scoreline of St. Michael’s 1-11 Gweedore 2-10. They still put up a very good performance before losing narrowly in the end.
The seniors will meet St. Eunans in the County Semi Final in Ballybofey on Saturday the 26th September at 7.30pm.
Lotto Rota
The St. Michael’s Lotto Rota for this week the 19th September is Brid Gallagher and Rose Toye.
Club Meeting
There will be a Club Meeting on Thursday the 24th September at 8pm in The Clubhouse.
St. Michael’s Mini Lotto €5750 this week
There was no Jackpot winner in the St. Michael’s Mini Lotto on Sunday night last; The numbers drawn were 4,5,7,8,11,12. There were 2 match 5 winners. Sarah McFadden Drimnaraw and Maria McGill Letterkenny who won €50 each. This weeks Jackpot be €5750. The Club would like to thank Brian and Margaret Anne Dolan, Molly’s Bar Dunfanaghy, Seamus Sweeney Kildarragh Construction Philadelphia, Shaun Langan Creeslough Pallets and Michael McColgan Dunfanaghy for their continuing sponsorship of the lotto jackpot, it is very much appreciated.

Drive Home in Style From The Bingo in Creeslough
You could win a car on every game every Sunday night at the Bingo Session in the Massinass Community Centre Creeslough by winning a house on 45 nos or less. Check on 45 Numbers or less with the magic number in the panel and the lucky number drawn in the first five numbers of that game, you win the car or €10,000. The normal Snowball is also in place every night. The Magic Number from 1 to 90 is drawn out every Sunday night before the bingo begins. In addition every House winner will receive a free entry to the weekly lotto, this weeks Jackpot is €5750. The single book is €8 and special offer for this Sunday continues this week with the Double Book only €10, both books include snowball page. Bingo continues every Sunday evening at 8pm in the Massinass Community Centre. The €150 on the snowball game at the Bingo session on Sunday night last was shared by Ruth Matson Creeslough and Margaret Anne O’Reilly Creeslough. This weeks Snowball will be €1040.

Thank you to all those who donated cups and mugs which is greatly appreciated, however we could still do with more donations please.
Under 8’s
Thanks to all the children who took part in the training and games during the season. Thanks to the parents who encouraged their children to play Gaelic Football and to coaches who helped at training and blitzes. We look forward to seeing you back next year.
U10 s
Training is planned to take place on Tuesday evenings from 6 until 7 pm at the Bridge until the end of the month. Bus leaves Creeslough at 5.45pm sharp, gum shields are essential and 3 euro for the bus.
Under 12’s
Training will now run on a Tuesday evening from 6pm to 7.00pm at the Bridge.
Bus leaves Creeslough at 5.45pm sharp. €3 for the bus. Gumshields essential. Some more challenge games will be planned.
Under 13’s
The under 13’s kicked off to a good start to the season beating Cloughaneely, they went in at half time 3 points down but fought back in the second half to win.
Under 14’s
Congratulations to the Under 14’s who beat Cloughaneely in the Division 3 Final on Wednesday evening last.
Under 16’s
St. Michaels travelled to Newtowncunningham to face Urris in the quarter final. Both teams played well in the first half. Eoghan Kelly sent Michaels on their way to victory with an early goal. A Further goal from Charles Roarty and points from Bo branch left St. Michaels four points up at the break. St, Michaels came out strong in the second half, 2 goals from Anthony Browne set up St. Michaels for a good win. Jason Wilkinson scored a late goal to put the icing on the cake. Final score St. Michaels 5-12 Urris 2-11. They now travel to play Termon on Wednesday evening in the semi final.
