Our seniors and reserves picked up two great wins away to Naomh Conaill on Sunday, our reserves had their fourth win in a row to move top of the league following a 4-11 to 2-09 win goal scorers were, Gary Reilly, Gerard McBrearty, Ryan McGinley and Jason Campbell. Our seniors got three late points to claim victory in the senior match the final score was 1-10 to 2-05 scorers were, Patrick McBrearty 1-06, Ryan McHugh 0-01, Eoin McHugh 0-01, Michael Hegarty 0-01 and Darragh O’Donnell 0-01 next up is a trip to Gaoth Dobhair this Friday, throw ins are 6pm and 7:30pm. Our ladies were defeated by Naomh Náille in the Gaeltacht on Sunday evening after extra time in Towney.
Underage
Our minors lost to a very strong Milford in the county division two semi-final in Convoy last Wednesday it was always going to be a tough battle for this very young minor side who were also missing county player Conor Doherty. Our Under 14s travel to Naomh Ultan in their rearranged fixture this evening (Monday).
County
Well done to Donegal minors on retaining the Ulster Minor league following their victory over Derry on Saturday, Conor Doherty did not feature due to injury also well done to the ladies team on reaching the Division two final also at the weekend.
