Muff GAA Club Notes 30.03.2015

There was one €100 winner in this week’s lotto  the numbers drawn were 1-6-5-4-2-3-7. The winners  was as follows:: Jon Jo & Leah Lynch, Iskaheen Next Weeks Jackpot €450 UNDERAGE Under 6 and Under 8 training is on every Saturday  from 10.15am to 11.30am in Ture  this is for boys and girls born in the year 2007,2008,2009, and 2010 all new faces welcome and can all boys and girls bring a water bottle and cost of session is €2 for info contact Daniel on 0862072745.. Under -10 training will continue this Friday in Ture from  6.30pm to 7.45pm. This is for boys and girls born in the years 2005 and 2006. Under 12 Training for the 2015 season  has started and will continue  every Saturday  in ture from 10.30am to 12pm. Please bring Trainers, Gum Shield, Water Bottle and €2. This is for players born in 2003 and 2004. New players welcome. Contact Damian for more info 087 7963559 Under-14 training is on every Sunday from11.30am to 1pm and every Wednesday aswell for details contact neil on 0863855855 Under 16 and Minor training will take place every Monday and Friday evenings at  7pm to 8.15pm in ture. The U-12s get their season up and running this Tuesday with a tough home game against Malin with a throw in time of 6.30pm. The U-16s made it two out of two in the inishowen league on Sunday morning with a win against Moville in ture with a scoreline of 4-11 to 1-07. Their next game is at home to uriss on Good Friday at 6.30pm. BIG BREAKFAST The clubs annual big breakfast will take place on Saturday the 11th of april in the clubhouse ture. Prices are adults €5 and children €3. CLUB MEMBERSHIP Club membership must be paid by  Monday night. Membership is now available with club draw for 52 weeks starting 1st Monday in April. See membership forms or any committee member for details. EASTER DRAW Easter Draw lines are now available from any committee member and our underage players, Lots of prizes to be won and our hampers are on display in the muff post office and McCarrons farm shop. The draw for the two Easter hampers as well as lots of other prizes will take place after the U-8 and U-12 training on Saturday morning in the clubhouse everyone welcome to come along. Could all cards be returned by Friday please. Please support this fundraiser as all proceeds go towards the underage teams. CHILDRENS CHARITY CONCERT Our Annual Childrens Charity Concert will take place in the Clubhouse on Friday May 1st. Proceeds to Inishowen Special Olympics. Performances by children from the parish. For imformation contact Eileen on 086 8720734. QUIZ NIGHT There will be a Quiz in order to raise funds for defibrillator training for the Quigleys Point area. The defibrillator is currently in the village and it is very important that we have a number of people from the area fully trained in its use. Community support for this event would be greatly appreciated. the quiz will take place in the POINT INN on Friday 24th April at 9.30pm. CLUB APP Our new club app is now live on the App Store and google play store In the app you can play the clubs lotto every week through the games section and keep up to date with club events and wats happening within the club. Also there is direct links to Facebook and twitter.
