Registration for all Senior Mens and Ladies players will take place in the clubhouse this Thursday from 6.30-7.30pm. It is vital that all players are registered for the season ahead for insurance purposes. All players MUST be registered in order to play.
*Schools Coaching*
Pictured with their certificates are students from Ayr Hill and Brownknowe Schools in Ramelton who recently completed Fundamental Gaelic Classes. The children from Baby Infants right up to Sixth class enjoyed six weeks of learning basic skills along with fun games under the guidance of Coach Dean Boyce of CLG Clg Baile Na NGalloglach. Dean has been impressed with the progress that the children have made during the classes and would like to thank the Principals and teachers of both schools for their support and cooperation throughout.

The Club launched our annual Easter Draw at the Health & Wellbeing Day on Saturday week with Fr Adrian Gavigan doing the honour of buying the first ticket. Congratulations to the Donegal Senior Ladies who defeated Armagh 1-11 to 1-10 in Glenfin to make it two league wins from two. The Club had Amber Barrett playing in this match who contributed 1-3 to the scoreline. Well done to Amber on all the team. The Donegal Ladies will now travel to Clare on Sunday 22nd February for their third league match.
*Freshers B All Ireland Championship*
Good luck to Sean Black and his UUJ colleagues who play UCD in the All Ireland Freshers B Championship Semi Final on Monday. Sean started at full back as UUJ defeated UL 3-11 to 1-8 in Mullingar in the Quarter Final and the Semi Final will now take place in either Newry or Dundalk at 2pm. All at the Club wish Sean and his team mates the best of luck in the Semi.

Burt v CLG BnaG

The Minors will take on Burt in a second pre season friendly this Sunday away to Burt. Throw in for the match is at 3pm and the bus will be leaving Milford at 1.15pm and stopping in Ramelton at 1.25pm.
*Minor Team Bonding Day*
The Minors had a productive preseason friendly on Saturday against Cloughaneely which provided a lot of positives for the season ahead provided the lads keep up the good work they have been putting in on the training pitch. It was a good run out for the lads over 3 25 minute periods and they ran out eventual winners by 7-12 to 2-10. While the scoreline was convincing both sides had made a lot of changes throughout the game and the league encounter later in the month will be an entirely different proposition. Manager Aodh McCormack will no doubt be pleased with the progress evident today as the lads have been putting in great work in the past few weeks and signs bode well for the season as this team is full of potential. The lads then followed this match with a team bonding session at the Old Foundry in Letterkenny in a grueling tough mudder run! A huge 353 points in week 2 propels Dean Boyce from 21st place all the way to the top of the leaderboard! Nicky Boucher also had a great week jumping from 15th to 2nd, where he finished overall last year. Pat Barrett had a better week than his brother, last weeks leader Donall, to sit level in second with Donall slipping all the way down to 14th after a week to forget. Richard Evesson’s mouthing off last week obviously stirred the hornets nest as TJ overtook the elder brother in the heated sibling rivalry!

The 2015 membership rates were decided at Decembers AGM and are as follows:
€200 – Database members (3 panels on weekly lotto). Entitled to 2 full adults and juvenile membership for all children up to 18yrs.
€100 – Database members (1 panel on weekly lotto). Entitled to 2 full adults and juvenile membership for all children up to 18yrs.
€70 – Family Membership. Entitled to 2 full adult membership and juvenile membership for all children up to 18yrs.
€50 – Senior Ladies (Players). Entitled to one full adult membership.
€40 – Adult membership. Entitled to one full adult membership.
€30 – Juvenile membership.
