Malin seniors got their season underway on Saturday with defeat against St. Eunan’s of Letterkenny on a scoreline of Malin 0-12 St. Eunan’s 3-09. Malin team and scorers were Declan Lafferty, Michael McLaughlin, Damian Harkin, Gary Farren (0-01), Seamus Doherty (0-02), Adam Byrne, Kieran McColgan, Patrick Kelly, Dan McDaid (0-02), John C Doherty, Stephen McLaughlin, Terence Doherty, Danny McCarron(0-01), Matthew Byrne(0-03) and Brendan McLaughlin (0-03). Subs used Niall Mc Laughlin for Stephen McLaughlin (20 mins), Peter Doherty for Adam Byrne (45 mins), Connor Mc Colgan for Patrick Kelly (50 mins), Stephen Doherty for Matthew Byrne (50 mins)
The remaining fixtures are Sunday 22 Feb Lavey v Malin, Sunday 1 March Malin v Eglish, Sunday 8 March Bryansford v Malin, Sunday 15 March Malin v Ballinderry. Please note that these are provissional fixtures and the matches may be played mostly on Saturdays and supporters are asked to check Facebook for the correct dates, throw in times and venues.

PITCH/SPORTSHALL BOOKING

Training has commenced for our underage teams, new players are more than welcome. Managers are asked to tx Brendan with training times and it will be put up on the club’s Facebook page.
U6 team training every Sunday from 10.00 – 11.15
U8 team training every Saturday from 3.00 – 4.15
U10 team training every Sunday from 11.30 – 1.00
U12 team training every Saturday from 4.30 – 6.00 and Tuesday from 5.45 – 7.00
U14 team training every Saturday from 9.30 – 11.00 and Tuesday from 5.30 – 7.00
U16 team training every Monday from 4.30 – 6.30
Senior and Reserve team training continues every Friday from 7.30 – 9.00
UNDERAGE GIRLS TRAINING
U6,U8 and U10 girls team training every Saturday from 11.00 – 12.30
LOTTO
There was no winner of this weeks lotto jackpot of €700. Sequence drawn was 6-3-7-1-2-5-4. €50 winner was Nuala Doherty, Malin Well, Malin Head. €20 sellers prize winner was St Patrick’s Hall (Bingo). Next weeks jackpot is €750.
