St. Naul’s GAA Club
AGM: Thanks to all who attended our AGM on Sunday night last. A comprehensive review of what was a very busy year on and off the field of play was given. Detailed reports from Club Secretary, Chairperson and Treasurer were delivered with all thanking the efforts of all coaches and players throughout 2014. The following Officer board was elected for 2015: Chairman: Joe Brennan; Secretary: Mary Coughlan, Asst Secretary: Alisha McBrearty, Treasurer: Cieran Kelly; PRO: Patricia Boyle; Senior Team Manager: Donnie McCole. Other sub officer roles, committees and team managers will be elected at a later date.
The meeting concluded with thanking everyone who helped out at the club in any way during 2014 and wishing everyone a very Happy Christmas and a successful New Year on and off the field of play for 2015.
NATIONAL CLUB DRAW TICKETS: The Club will be circulating tickets to members to buy. These tickets cost €10. All monies will go towards the club with ticket stubs being returned to Croke Park for draw on 17th March 2015. Please support as this helps to pay club levies and registration due early in the year.
SLOTTO: Draw on Saturday 6th December. Numbers drawn 6 3 7 5 2 4 1. No winner. €80 consolation prize to Alan McGroary.
BOXING DAY 5K: Come along to the St. Naul’s Family Fun Run/Walk, taking place around the shore on St. Stephen’s Day. Registration in the clubhouse from 11am., with the race starting at 12pm. €10 per Adult or €20 per family. Run, jog, or walk around this scenic route and enjoy some light refreshments on return. It’s the perfect opportunity for you, your family and friends to get out there and be active this Christmas. Grab your running/walking shoes and most importantly your Xmas spirit and join the fun on Boxing Day. Come on out and support your local club.
DINNER DANCE: The Club Dinner Dance will take place in the Millpark Hotel on 31st January. Music by Celtic Chaos.
