Well done to the St. Michael’s Senior team who retained their Division 1 status on Sunday last by defeating Bundoran in the Division 1/Division 2 relegation/promotion playoff in Killygordon. The final score was St. Michael’s 4-15, Bundoran 2-12. The St. Michael’s scorers were: Colm McFadden 3-4, Brian McLaughlin 1-5, and Antoin McFadden, Martin McElhinney, Martin Breslin, Andrew Kelly, Daniel McLaughlin and Christy Toye 0-1 each.
Pitch
Please note that the St. Michael’s Pitch at the Bridge is now closed for games and training until February 2015 due to development.
Dinner Dance
The St. Michael’s Dinner Dance will be held in Arnolds Hotel in Dunfanaghy on Saturday 3rd January more details later.
Bingo
The €150 on the Snowball game at the Bingo session in Dunfanaghy on Sunday night last was won by Evelyn McGee Ray. This weeks Jackpot will be €1880.
Lotto
There was no Jackpot winner in the St. Michael’s Mini Lotto on Sunday night Sunday last; The Numbers drawn were 1,2,3,6,8,11; the match 5 winners were Margaret Hughes Chapel Road Dunfanaghy and Oran McGee Massinass Creeslough who won €50 each. This weeks jackpot will be €7150.
Lotto Rota
The St. Michael’s Lotto Rota for the next two weeks is as follows: 29th November Dunfanaghy Marjorie Rodden and Rose Baird, Creeslough Colm Anthony McFadden and Darragh McCarry; 6th December 2014 Dunfanaghy John McFadden and James Alcorn, Creeslough Manus Friel and Ronan Murphy. Anyone who is unable to carry out this very important job for the club is asked to get a replacement on the night.

St. Michaels Minor Board
Minors
The Minors lost to Termon in what was an unusual below par performance for a team that set high standards all year.
Thanks to all the players for their commitment and hard work in a overly long season.
Good luck to those minors who are overage next year we hope to see them play for our reserve/senior teams in years to come as that is waht underage football is all about.
