Congratulations to John, Christian, Sean, Conor , Christy, Ryan & Adam and all of the Dungloe/Na Rossa minor squad on winning the division 1 minor championship title last weekend after an impressive win against Naomh Conaill. This Saturday they play St Eunans in the county semi final in Glenties. Throw in is at 12pm. Good luck to manager Raymond Sweeney and his squad from all at the club.
The club are hosting a dinner dance this Christmas and will be honouring the 1989 Intermediate championship winners. It will take place in the Lakehouse Hotel in Niarn on The 29th December. Tickets will go on sale shortly at a cost of €20 and can be bought from any committee member.
Well done to Meghan Bonner on coming 3rd in the Ulster Irish dancing championship last weekend.
This Saturday night in the Mount Errigal hotel this years successful county minor squad have a presentation night. Another proud night for the club as Declan, Christian & John receive their medals including an All Ireland runners up medal.
December the 6th is approaching fast but maybe not fast enough for the Movember lads. A fantastic effort from all 10 men in aid of the Donegal hospice and the Na Rossa minor board. The shave will take place in Elliott’s bar on Saturday 6th and should be a great nights craic.Follow the lads on facebook where you can also donate to this worthwhile cause.
The lotto draw took place last Monday evening in the hall . Numbers drawn were 3,12,15 & 28. Their was no jackpot winner. Two lucky dips receive €50 Vincent Gallagher,Corr point & Moira Elliott, Toome. The jackpot remains at €9000.
The club 50 draw for November also took place last Monday evening. Well done to Kevin McCready€300, Dermot Cannon €100 & John Joe Mcgettigan €50.
