HARD LUCK
Hard luck to Jim McGuinness, his team of players and background staff in this year’s All Ireland football final defeat to Kerry. Although they did not come home with Sam in 2014, this group has delivered three Ulster championships and an All Ireland championship in recent years and this is something they can be eternally proud of.
The club would also like to commiserate with Declan Bonner and his minor squad after their defeat at the hands of the Kerry minors on Sunday. This group of young lads can be proud of being the first Donegal minor team ever to reach an All Ireland final at this level.
The club would like to congratulate Ciaran Diver and Tony McClenaghan who played in this all Ireland minor final. It is not every day that players can set foot on the turf at Croke Park on the final championship Sunday of the year. It was a proud day for Moville GAA to have two such talented youngsters playing last Sunday. They are a credit to their families, to their club and to their community. Wee done Tony and Ciaran!
