Busy week for Under 10’s: Last Thursday our under 10 s travelled the short distance to Mountcharles to play the home team and Glenties. Each club had two teams playing on the evening. All games were very competitive with each team benefitting greatly from the outing. Thanks to St Nauls for their hospitality on the evening and to the parents who provided transport. The boys followed that up with a friendly match against Aodh Ruadh on Saturday morning in Tirconaill park. The A game was a very entertaining affair played over 3 periods of 15 minutes. Our boys produced some of the best football they’ve played this year against a strong Ballyshannon team. Remarkably, the game finished tied at 18 points all. A great effort by all the boys. Our B team won their match very convincingly with manager Emmet Gallagher delighted with how they performed. Thanks again goes to Aodh Ruadh for travelling Greg McGroary for refereeing and to the ladies who provided the refreshments. It was a great end to a busy week for our boys who can only be commended for their great attitude and commitment.Training continues on Wednesdays at 6 pm.
New baby: Congratulations to coach Emmet Gallagher and his wife Leanne on the birth of their baby girl Aoife.

In both matches the Four Masters boys played some fantastic football and showed real character, winning both games.
