Our seniors defeated neighbours Killybegs in the Frankie Daniels Memorial Final last Saturday evening by 3-10 to 2-11 in Fintra a home tie against Ardara this Friday evening is the next outing while the reserves host Ardara on Sunday afternoon, fixtures: Cill Chartha v Ardara, Friday 2nd May @ 7:30, Cill Chartha v Ardara, Sunday @ 1:30 agus Cluiche Leath Cheannais Sinsearach i Naomh Muire, Naomh Muire v Cill Chartha @ 5:30.
Ladies
Our ladies team had their first outings of the season last week on Thursday they were narrowly defeated in the Gaeltacht by Termon and on Sunday they lost to Buncrana in the opening match of the 2014 Division 3 season, the under 14s host Naomh Conaill on Wednesday evening at 7pm.
Underage
Our Under 14s had another good victory over Naomh Ultan last Wednesday evening. Final score Cill Chartha 6-11 Naomh Ultan 0-06, they now play Bundoran on Wednesday evening in Towney @ 6pm.
Well done to Donegal Minors on winning the Ulster Minor League title last weekend.
Lotto
There was no winner of the Club Lotto Jackpot so next week’s Jackpot is €5,100 this week’s numbers were 2, 6, 10 and 14 winners were: €50 Mary Breslin, Largy, €30 Brighid Ní Ghadhra, Gleann Cholm Cille and €20 Neily Byrne, Curris. Lotto Plus numbers 1, 2, 13 and 21 there was no winner.
