Welcome to the new Donegal GAA Website
Welcome to the new Donegal GAA Website

A Chara,

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome all of you to the new Donegal GAA website. The website is,of course another way of our getting our message out to the many followers of Donegal GAA at home and abroad. It is our intention to keep the website up to date with regular news about what’s happening in Donegal GAA and of course Fixtures, Results and League tables will be at the top of our agenda. In the coming weeks much more content and images will be added. I would welcome clubs PRO’s input by including the county PRO email address to all news they send out to members and to the media. View your club by clicking on your club crest; this will give you your club news (As your PRO submits) and Club Officer contact details. Our Facebook and Twitter account are easily accessible from our homepage and many useful forms are available under our resources page.

Our most up to date fixtures and results can be found under the fixtures/results link as well as current league tables.

If any person or club have any ideas about how we can improve the site we would of course welcome any input.

I would now like to thank everyone who helped me in my new role as County PRO and also those who have helped build our new website.

Firstly, the decision to update our website was taken by the previous Executive and in particular Jim Quinn (Former PRO) and Chairperson Sean Dunnion and both have helped and advised me along the way. To the members of the PR / IT Marketing committee here in Donegal and last but no means least Lairdesign from Omagh Co Tyrone. In particular Chris Colhoun for his patience, advice and help;  Chris has been a driving force in getting this website live . To all in Lairdesign I thank you for your time and commitment to help us in Donegal GAA.

To all my fellow Gaels I hope you enjoy our new user friendly website and help us build on what we have started with.
