It was a bad weekend for Glenfin who lost to fellow promotion challengers Aodh Ruadh and St Nauls over the course of the weekend, but the Ballyshannon side then lost to Termon, failing to capitalize on the surprise loss of league leaders Ardara in Buncrana. It was a busy few days overall starting with a Killybegs-St Nauls draw on Thursday evening while Dungloe and Naomh Columba shared the points in Glen and Killybegs beat Four Masters.

Killybegs 2-9 St Nauls 2-9

Aodh Ruadh 2-10 Glenfin 0-10

Naomh Columba 1-16 Dungloe 2-13

Glenfin 0-8 St Naul’s 1-10
Four Masters 0-11 Killybegs 0-15
Bun Cranncha 1-12 Ardara 0-12
Termon 2-10  Aodh Ruadh  0-12

As a result it has got a lot tighter at the top of the table with only one point separating the top four teams. Similarly, the struggle for survival now sees an improving Buncrana on six points and four teams on on ten points.
