Operation Reformation week 8!
Tuesdays exercise class will be in the Tech with John Conwell from 7-8pm, please bring an exercise mat/towel and water.
Thursday walk/run, from St.Catherines Voc School. please wear high vis. Final weigh in this week, please attend 10 mins before your walk time.
Congrats to everyone who contributed to the massive 36 stone weight loss so far.
OPERATION REFORMATION 5KM
Final 5km walk/jog/run will take place on Sunday 13th of March at 2pm. Registration is from 1pm in the Bayview. Open to everyone! €5 each, €3 for under 16s.
